Mattapan homeowners charged with running illegal auto body, apartments

A team of city inspectors, police and other officials descended on the homes at 25 and 29 Regis Road at 10:30 a.m. after neighbors complained to the mayor’s office about activity at the homes, said Inspectional Services Department spokeswoman Lisa Timberlake.
